MSL Medical Services Ltd provides unique services to corporate and other employers managing staff well-being, including sickness absence. Key components of this provision are health and safety consultancy – training and stress mitigate/management. The timing of our interventions are typically at one of two points, either while the individual is working but possibly struggling or during the planning and preparation for a return to work following a period of sickness absence.
Many if not all companies have complex needs as they oversee their workforce. MSL endeavours to identify and clearly articulate those needs with a view to anticipating and preventing avoidable problems.
